COVID-19 : 150 COVID-19 cases had been confirmed in the MRC de Roussillon

According to the daily summary presented by the Public Health Directorate on Wednesday, a total of 150 COVID-19 cases had been confirmed in the MRC de Roussillon as of 6 pm on Tuesday, April 7th. Translation courtesy Amanda Bennett That’s an additional 10 cases in 24 hours. In the MRC de Beauharnois-Salaberry, the total has climbed to 45 confirmed cases- five more than Tuesday. The MRC de Roussillon includes 11 cities: Candiac, Châteauguay, Delson, La Prairie, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Constant, Saint-Isidore, Saint-Mathieu, Saint-Philippe and Sainte-Catherine. The MRC de Beauharnois-Salaberry is made up of seven municipalities including two urban centres, Beauharnois and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, and five rural communities, Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, Saint-Étienne-de-Beauharnois, Saint-Urbain-Premier and Sainte-Martine. There are 1034 confirmed cases throughout the entire Montérégie territory. There were 18 on March 17th.
