Gaming establishments to reopen gradually in Kahnawake

After their opening initially planned in August has been postponed, gaming establishments in Kahnawake got the green light to reopen gradually on September 4, announced the COVID-19 Task Force.   Playground Poker and Magic Palace have submitted health and safety plans, which have been approved. The establishments will operate from 9 A.M. to 4 A.M. The openings must be done under certain conditions: -Maximum of 50 clients at the opening on September 4 with a planned increase that will reach 200 clients by the end of the month; -Reservations required; -All machines must be separated by two metres (six feet) or by impermeable barriers; -Mandatory masks; -Mandatory health checks for clients and employees; -Regular sanitization of machines; -No alcohol or food services in the gaming areas; -No smoking; -No valet of coat check.
