Nouveau programme d’aide aux entreprises

(English follows) Le maire de Châteauguay Pierre-Paul Routhier a annoncé en février la mise en place d’un nouveau programme d’aide aux entreprises «en vertu de la Loi sur les compétences municipales». «Cette loi nous permet de faire un cadeau aux entreprises qui recevront une reconnaissance LEED ou toutes autres certifications (BOMA, BREEMA)» a-t-il expliqué.  Il a par la suite précisé que l’aide prendrait la forme d’un crédit de taxe de 20% applicable à partir de la deuxième année d’implantation du bâtiment.

New support program for enterprises

Chateauguay Mayor Pierre-Paul Routhier announced in February the putting in place of a new support program for enterprises "according to the Law on municipal competencies". This law enables us to make a gift to enterprises that will receive a recognition from LEED or all other certifications (BOMA, BREEMA)’’ he explained.
