Police offer $1,000 reward

Chateauguay police have a clue in the case of the cruiser that was burned down last July 13. And they are offering a reward to help solve the case.
«The investigation enabled us to identify a suspect vehicle, a small red sports utility vehicle, » the police department indicated in a press release issued on Thursday of this week.
«A $1,000 reward is being offered for all information leading to the arrest of the perpetrator of this criminally set fire, » the message explained.
The vehicle that was set on fire was parked on Maple Blvd. in front of the police station. It burned down at about 10 :45 p.m.
