Un homme d’affaires candidat pour le Parti conservateur

(English Follows) L’homme d’affaires Hugues Laplante sera le candidat du Parti conservateur du Canada dans la circonscription Châteauguay-Lacolle au scrutin fédéral du mois d’octobre.    Je désire être une voix forte pour défendre les intérêts de ma communauté que je compte bien représenter. Les familles, le rapport d’impôts unique, la protection de nos frontières et la gestion saine des finances sont au coeur de mon engagement », a-t-il dit dans un communiqué.  Le résident de Sainte-Martine, père de trois enfants, est directeur des ventes pour l’est du Canada pour Inaxys Security Systems. Auparavant, il a fondé Groupe Laplante Sécurité en 2001. Une compagnie qu’il a cédée à une multinationale, alors qu’elle était en pleine croissance, a fait savoir le parti. M. Laplante s’est engagé dans sa communauté, notamment auprès des jeunes hockeyeurs, en tant qu’entraîneur, superviseur, recruteur au niveau junior et agent de joueur dans la LNH.  Son fils Yan-Pavel Laplante a joué pour les Patriotes de Châteauguay Midget AAA et a été un choix de 3e ronde au repêchage de 2013 avec les Coyotes de l’Arizona.

Translation Dan Rosenburg  Businessman Hugues Laplante will be the Conservative Party of Canada candidate for the Chateauguay-Lacolle riding in the federal election next October  ’’I want to be a strong voice to defend the interests of my community that I am counting on well representing,’’ Laplante said in a press release. ‘’Families, unique income tax reports, the protection of our borders and the healthy management of finances are at the heart of my commitment,’’ he added.   The Ste. Martine resident, the father of three, is the Eastern Canada director of sales for Inaxys Security Systems. Before that, he founded Groupe Laplante Securite in 2001, a company he sold to a multinational group while it was still in full growth, the Party explained.     Laplante committed himself to his communitynotably to young hockey players, as a coach, supervisor and recruiter at the junior level. He is also an NHL player agent.   His son, Yan-Pavel Laplante, played for the Chateauguay Patriotes Midget AAA hockey club and was the third-round draft choice of the Arizona Coyotes in 2013
