Translation Dan Rosenburg Surveillance of the worksite The City of Chateauguay has awarded the Civitas Group with a contract worth $312,000 for effecting surveillance of the worksite for one year. A two-year option worth $625,000 could be added. The multiple worksites under way and to come in the municipality justify this action, said Mayor Pierre-Paul Routhier at the Council assembly of June 15. “We need to assure ourselves that the works are going to be done correctly, according to the actual norms,” he stated. <@Rb>(M.T; Tr: D.R.)<@$p> Dangerous trees The City of Chateauguay granted a $35,000 contract to the Services d’arbres Primeau enterprise for cutting down dangerous trees in the St. Jean stream territory. The group in the past has offered excellent services during disasters in the municipality, Mayor Pierre-Paul Routhier emphasized. <@Rb>(M.T.; Tr: D.R.) <@$p>   @BV: The project in front of St. Joachim Church is on hold.
