Translation Dan Rosenburg This measure follows up numerous complaints and questions regarding the new evaluation roll that came into force on January 1, 2020, which shows sizable variations of the value of buildings when compared to the previous roll, both in increases and decreases.  Interested parties will have to register in advance by telephone at 450-698-3250 no later than Wednesday, February 19. ‘’An exact time range for a meeting will then be assigned to them,’’ the municipality informs in a communique. The citizens will have the right to a private hearing lasting a maximum of 20 minutes. ‘’These meetings are offered for essentially informative purposes,’’ the City explains. ‘’No request of revising the evaluation roll will be treated. After the explanations are provided, the citizens will however be able to deposit a request for an official revision of the value of their building by April 30, 2020 the latest.’’
