Runner-up in provincial basketball championship

The Howard S. Billings High School Cadet D3 Blazers in Châteauguay won the silver medal at the provincial championships held in Montreal in mid-April. After winning their first three games, they lost in the final against a team from Laval. This tournament marked the end of an exceptional season for the Blazers, who had a perfect season up to that point. They also made history for their school, as no basketball team has ever experienced that kind of success.
