Un terrain du parc industriel reluqué par Postes Canada

(English follows) Un terrain du boulevard Pierre-Boursier, dans le parc industriel de Châteauguay, est dans la mire de Postes Canada. L’organisme étudie la possibilité d’y déménager son centre de distribution, actuellement situé boulevard Vanier à Châteauguay. «Afin de soutenir la croissance et l’augmentation en capacité, Postes Canada étudie constamment les possibilités d’expansion et de modernisation. Nous en sommes à cette étape et aucun achat, ou vente, a été confirmé», précise Sylvie Lapointe, responsable des relations médias pour Postes Canada. Le maire de Châteauguay Pierre-Paul Routhier a quant à lui parlé «d’un beau projet» qui pourrait se réaliser «au cours de la prochaine année». Les élus ont d’ailleurs autorisé la vente du terrain en question lors de la séance du conseil du 16 avril. Le lot, de 8 450 m² (quelque 90 000 p²), est évalué à environ 575 000$.

Industrial Park land eyed by Canada Post

A lot on Pierre Boursier Blvd. in Chateauguay’s Industrial Park is in the sights of Canada Post.
